How does billing work?

The system automatically generates monthly calculations based on defined costs and distribution. Tenants receive notifications and can track their payments.

Do you support digital voting?

Yes, our platform enables digital voting for tenant assemblies, including creating ballots, tracking quorum, and automatically generating minutes.

Registration is simple - you just need an email address. After registration, you can immediately start setting up your building.

Absolutely. We use state-of-the-art security protocols and all data is encrypted. Servers are located in Europe in compliance with GDPR.

Can I import existing data?

Yes, we support data import from Excel spreadsheets and other formats. Our support team can help you with the migration.

Do you have a mobile app?
